Remove Ads is a one-time purchase. It removes every ad break between games, forever, on every device using the same Apple ID or Google account.
Bonus videos stay, and they're always your choice. Buttons marked ▶ watch ad, like Extra roll (a second chance after you lose), 2× coins or a free power-up, are still there if you want a bonus. They never play on their own.

Tap Restore purchases (Shop tab or Settings). Remove Ads comes back for free.
Payments are handled by Apple or Google, so refunds are too. On iPhone, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, use Google Play's refund page.
No. Coins, power-ups, skins and Streak Freezes are earned by playing (and, if you like, by watching optional bonus videos). The only purchase in the game is Remove Ads.
On your phone only. There's no account and nothing is uploaded to our servers. That keeps things private, but it also means:
In the game: Settings → Reset progress. This can't be undone.
Your Daily Flush streak continues if you play it every day. A Streak Freeze (Shop) is used automatically if you miss a day, one freeze per missed day. If you didn't have enough freezes, the streak starts again from 1.
Sometimes there's simply no video to show, especially with a weak connection or right after a few in a row. Wait a minute and try again. Bonus videos need an internet connection; the rest of the game works offline.
Only between games, never while you're playing: none in your first 2 games, then at most one every 2 games and at least 90 seconds apart.
On iPhone you can allow or deny tracking any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. In the EU, UK and Switzerland you can also change your ad choices in the game: Settings → Ad privacy choices. More details are in our privacy policy.
Each round is a tiny emergency: read the word, do it fast. Win to earn coins; miss 3 rounds and you're flushed. Panic Mode gets a little faster with every win. In the game, see Settings → How to play.
Before a Panic Mode run you can use 🧻 Extra roll (4 lives instead of 3), 🐢 Slow start (no speed-up for the first 10 wins) or 🛡️ Shield (your first miss doesn't cost a life). Get them free from daily rewards, level ups, the Lucky Plunger and lucky drops, or buy them with coins.
Check Settings in the game (Music, Sound effects, Haptics) and that your phone isn't on silent mode.
