Toilet Break · Last updated: November 6, 2026
Toilet Break ("the app", "we") is a casual game. We built it to collect as little information as possible. This page explains what happens with your data.
You do not need an account. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, contacts, photos or location. The nickname you can type in your profile stays on your device.
Your coins, scores, unlocks, settings and nickname are saved only on your device. We do not upload them to our own servers. Deleting the app deletes this data. You can also erase it any time in Settings → Reset progress.
The app is free and shows ads provided by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google may collect and process:
If you choose "Ask App Not to Track", you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized using your advertising identifier. You can change this any time in your iPhone's Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the UK or Switzerland, the app asks for your consent before personalized ads are shown. You can review your choice any time in Settings → Ad privacy choices.

The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
